Your family information

My Household uses the information and documents you supply to carry out your commissioned family-history research and produce its deliverables.

Provide information you know, mark uncertain claims, and share material you are entitled to supply. You can leave optional information blank and record research or material-use restrictions in the questionnaire.

Working answers and uploaded files are held in Cloudflare infrastructure. Transactional email is sent using Resend. The commission email address forwards to the proprietor’s inbox. Files are served through commission-specific access links; keep those links within the intended family.

Your material is used for the commission and is not published as a public family tree. Contact hello@myhousehold.org.uk for access, corrections or removal requests. Business payment records are held separately by Stripe.
